You find yourself travelling to Union City, one of the last mega cities on the planet, a planet that has been ravaged from war and political strife. You play as Robert Foster, you live in a community in the desert wastelands, a child had been taken after a brutal attack, and it is your job to tracking them down and bring them home. It has only taken 27 years to be made! So, it better be good. If the next version fixes this, I would be so happy. I fund myself waiting for my iPod to close the application, forcing me to *gasp!* do something productive. If you perform the wrong action at a specific time, the icons will stay gone. Basically, whenever you perform an action, the icons disappear momentarily. On a few occasions, I have touched somewhere on the screen at the wrong time, and it has locked up my game. Thank you! I really want to give it five stars, but there are a few problems that hold it back. In Steel Sky, you can die, but you will never reach a point where you can't complete it. The former where it's so easy to lock yourself out and die, and the latter where you can do neither. It hits the perfect balance between King's Quest and Monkey Island. The control is excellent, but it takes a while to get used to. The puzzles are clever, the story is great, and the humor had me laughing really hard. It's well worth the $2.99 they're asking for. If you're even remotely interested in the genre, by all means get this game. It's one of the best adventure games I've ever played.
